Everything you could possibly need is in pipers cottage.5 star luxury. The dogs had great freedom my own dog introduced himself to the neighbours. He would just head off up the road at the very first opportunity all by himself.
West Cork is a fabulous area. Perfect cottage for our family. Thanks a million again. Majella Keady.Galway.

We returned with great expectations and true to say a little anticipation!! “Would it live up to the memories” The minute we arrived that anticipation was forgotten the flowers in every room were such a wonderful welcome along with the scones and wine.Henry is now 20 months and full of energy with the fun he had in the garden and picking blackberries up and down the road outside he slept sound – 12hrs every night in the cosy cot. Thank you.Pipers cottage provides splendid isolation from the stress of life, it has a calming effect on all the family so for this alone we thank you for sharing and look forward to our next visit.

| Kelly Lawlor Kildare | Submitted on 2014/06/23 at 10:23 pmHi there,We have just come back from the most wonderful holiday at Pipers Cottage. The welcome we received was lovely after a long journey; the cottage was so well thought out and equipped with all you could need. We loved the surrounding area so much, Castletownsend, Crookhaven and Barley Cove, to name a few. The kids enjoyed numerous boat trips and we spotted a basking shark and a seal on one trip to Cape Clear from Schull. They also loved the pirate Castle in Baltimore. We have a very young family and eating out was not always an option, but we enjoyed the lovely local produce on offer in Skibbereen and took it back to eat it at home in the cottage or outside at the seating area. I can’t recommend this cottage enough, a five star base for a magical holiday. Thank you again to Aidan and your family Kelly/ Liam and Family |

Hi, Just arrived home from spending a few days in Pipers Cottage with hubby and 3 kids. Did not want to come home! Like all the other testimonials, it really is a lovely place. We arrived on Easter Sunday lunchtime, forgot the Easter Eggs for the kids but did not have to worry as Aidan had a few hidden for the kids to find. He also had wine and some beautiful brownbread, milk etc waiting for us. As the weather was a little cold there was no shortage of coal and logs to warm up the place. Thank you Aidan. We look forward to visiting again in the summer. A wonderful experience and I feel the better for staying there. Anne Marie |

My husband and I & 4 children and 2 dogs spent a week at Pipers Cottage in September this year and only wished it could have been for longer. Rather than feeling like a rental property, the cottage has a very homely atmosphere, and is beautifully decorated and furnished. Living in the UK, we had planned to visit West Cork many times and once we had discovered Pipers Cottage, we knew we had to go! The kids and dogs had great freedom in the garden, whilst the adults took full advantage of the local restaurants and food markets. We’ll be back! Just can’t wait.. 5 star accommodation |

We have been travelling through Europe and Ireland for 6 months and were very fortunate to have finished our trip in West Cork in glorious Pipers Cottage. Of all the places we have stayed Pipers Cottage has held true to it’s promises of a magical setting – it’s everything you imagine a true Irish cottage should be. The cosy living room with it’s perfectly placed open fire is ideal for snuggling up when the weather allows. The kitchen is made for entertaining and will easily seat a crowd for dinner, it’s very well equipped with all utensils. The comfy beds and delightful sound of silence plus the fresh Atlantic air make for a wonderful nights sleep. We leave Ireland for home to Australia with a great desire to return to Pipers Cottage some day. Thank you Charlotte & Aidan for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.
